Disseminating and Last Quarter Moon

March 16 Monday
The Moon moved into loyalty-bound Sagittarius early this morning. With this energy we can summon up courage to follow hunches about what will satisfy the common good, rippling from your personal circle of companions to larger and larger social groups. An orientation towards the future may motivate us to heed those intuitive flashes. At the heart of Sagittarius is concern for following trends that will lead to the attainment of one’s goals and ideals. Getting carried along by hope and open-mindedness can be an adventure worth recounting again and again.

March 17 Tuesday
With this Sagittarius Moon we may feel somewhat blocked by routines that don’t measure up to real world conditions. A watchful eye, however, can find opportunities to boast one’s vitality and win over outer circumstances. Challenges can be alleviated by opening up to the influences of our instinctual and intuitive nature. When things are at extremes or overly inflated is when powerful forces seem to take over. What has been contained or protected can suddenly be exposed. And many things change in an instance.

March 18 Wednesday
The Sagittarius Moon enters her last quarter phase at 11:47 am, MT. At this stage the purpose of the cycle needs recognition for it can provide the impetus to head in a new direction. We need to come to terms with some behavioral condition to recreate it so that=2
0it functions more effectively for the greater whole of who we are. The Moon also goes void of course at the beginning of this phase, sweeping out the remnants of Sagittarius fervor until 3:19 pm, when she moves into Capricorn. The afternoon moves from a sense of high aspirations to careful and profound thought about the future.

March 19 Thursday
The Capricorn Moon triggers a drive to attain what is needed during this multi-level transitional period. This afternoon she makes contact with retrograde Venus who is ending her nine month sojourn as the evening star and wrapping herself in the blinding light of the Sun. We can learn from this natural occurrence to also rekindle our talents and resources, to not rely totally on external appearances and circumstances. They can consume us and tear us apart. By going inward to our core we can discover a warmth and strength to weather any storm.

March 20 Friday
This last quarter Capricorn Moon graces the early morning sky as the Sun moves into Aries at 5:44 am, MT, the Vernal Equinox! Springtime is marked by visible natural activity. The Moon tells us to gather our creative talents to tackle any decadence or irresponsibility on the part of others. Electricity is in the air, and we can use it to implement our ideas during this season of external development. With the void of course Moon from 2:06 pm until early tomorrow morning, realisti
c plans may get diffused and confused with pipe dreams.

March 21 Saturday
We have an Aquarius Moon for the weekend, providing some jolts of reality or comic relief from it. Some of these may bring sudden changes of mind. Thoughts may suddenly overthrow plans. On Sunday at 2:34 pm, MT, the Moon enters her balsamic phase, the light of the Sun that she reflects oozes off of her. It’s time to end this cycle and prepare for a new one by analyzing what has erupted from within that can give some shape to an ever-evolving sense of self. We may uncover a broader understanding of our dynamic role in social interactions.
